• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping time is 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Lebanon.

While we strive to meet our shipping times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control. If you experience a delay, please contact us at PlayRakquiz@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly .Shipping Restrictions Currently, we only ship within Lebanon. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time .

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at PlayRakquiz@gmail.com. we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
